it’s been said a million times, really

When you know someone is going to die
because of a horrendous disease or illness,
it’s not as difficult to be forthright
with your
thoughts,
feelings,
love.

You won’t always know, though.
You shouldn’t wait for tomorrow.

Right
now.

  1. I have a saying when dealing with my students when it comes to problems they are having with their parents. “One day, either of you are going to be standing over the grave of the other. If that were today, would you be okay with how it ended?”

Your post is a good reminder to make the best of what time you have. Thanks.
